A handsome mid-19th-century English copper-lustre pottery creamer featuring a warm, mirror-bright metallic glaze with an ochre/yellow band hand-decorated in a scrolling leaf motif. The classic bulbous body rises to a narrow neck with a pinched spout and a shaped handle, all set on a small pedestal foot. Rich, iridescent surface and a pleasing, compact scale make it an excellent accent for a shelf, sideboard, or small flower posy.
