This is a beautiful vintage Japanese Imari-style porcelain bowl featuring hand-painted traditional designs. The interior showcases a scenic depiction of two geisha figures in a natural setting, along with floral panels accented by gold detailing. The scalloped rim is trimmed with red and highlighted with metallic gilding, adding elegance and contrast to the cream background. The underside is unmarked except for a single red painted symbol, typical of mid-20th century Japanese export wares.
Dating to around the mid-20th century (c. 1940s–1960s), this bowl represents the classic Imari style with its blend of red, gold, green, and blue enamels.
