This intriguing piece is believed to be a fossilized mussel shell preserved in stone. The elongated oval shape, layered surface, and subtle shell-like ridges make it a great little specimen for a geology collection or as a natural paperweight or décor accent. Its warm tan and ochre tones and naturally weathered surface give it a rustic, “found treasure” feel.
