Delicate late-19th/early-20th-century handled serving plate by Carl Tielsch & Co. (marked C.T. with eagle and Germany). The scalloped rim has molded scrollwork and two pierced “lug” handles, framed by a garland of pink cabbage roses on a soft green ground with dotted gilt rings and edge trim. A lovely cabinet or dessert piece with classic Victorian/Edwardian charm.
